CEP Architectural Facades have secured the rainscreen overcladding contract for the above project. The scheme comprises 3600m2 Bauclad High Pressure Laminated panels and will be made up from three colours. The panels are support by the CAPEX high rise rail system which incorporates all necessary horizontal & vertical fire barriers and mineral fibre insulation. Perforated Bauclad panels are to provide ventilation to the newly install gas riser. The main contractor is Mackenzie Construction Ltd of Glasgow.
