4 Tower Blocks. St. Georges, Westcott, Thomas & Ledburn CEP have been awarded the window replacement package for the above, totaling 900no tilt turn windows with self cleaning glass. Windows are being fabricated utilising the Metal Technology 5-20 System with concealed ironmongery and twin colour paint finish. The double glazed units are being supplied by Dual Seal. The manufacturing programme starts in December 2009 and is to be complete April 2010.

CEP have been awarded the aluminium ACM rainscreen overcladding to the above project which will integrate with the CEP windows. An approx area of 1100m2 rainscreen overcladding is programmed to run concurrently with the window programme. The panels are a random mixture of three colours and widths to create a striking focal point when approaching Manchester.

Also CEP have been awarded 7900m2 of mineral fibre insulation and bracketry framework to support the terracotta tile rainscreen (terracotta by others).

The principle contract for the project is Wates Living Space North West.
